If for any reason Sands & Company is unable to provide the agreed-upon services, 100% of the payment received will be refunded through the same method of payment.
Refund requests can be submitted via email to enquiry@sandsandcompany.com. A refund request must be made within 10 days of the initial application.
We will process your refund request within 10 to 15 business days upon receiving all necessary information, including the reason for the refund, bank details for processing, and any other required documentation.
Once a registration has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. No refund will be provided after the application has been completed.

Sands & Company shall not be considered in breach of its refund policy or in default under any terms of service and shall not be liable for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, public enemy actions, epidemics, wars, labor strikes, or changes in law (each a "Force Majeure Event").
